[0:29] Hi there, welcome to Inner Impact. How are you doing? So today is gonna be a quick one, a short one. I’m here, first of all, to check in on you and ask you how are you feeling and give you, I mean, a chance to ask yourself if you haven’t already today or this week. And second, I want to share with you a quick thought that is why cannot I give myself a break when I need one so what I mean is that I am feeling a bit scattered this week and my mental capacity is not at its best. And still, I wanted to create an episode to share with you a whole long, I mean, not long, but, you know, valuable as we discussed in episode one, episode for you.
[1:38] And in the end, I decided I just couldn’t. My mind cannot, my capacity, mental capacity is not allowing me to. And I want to, quote unquote, surrender to it, trust my gut and my process. And trust is a word that’s coming up over and over again in my client’s conversation lately. And I am learning through their growth to trust myself. And I want to trust my process too. My process for this podcast is that, one, I will share something with you when I feel I have something relevant to share with you, and two, I will share something with you when I feel it’s relevant and I have the capacity to explore it with you. So today, I don’t have a lot of capacity, but still I have something relevant, so I want to be short and sweet.
[2:42] That relevant something is that I am trying to work against my capacity. And I know many of us and many of you do too. So I just want to share this and let you sit with it and give you a moment to reflect about that, if that’s something that usually happens to you or is happening to you. So sit with that and try and notice what you are telling yourself when you decide not to allow yourself to take a break. And, as we were exploring in our last episode together, maybe it would be interesting to notice whose voice is telling you not to take a break. So now I am going to take a break. I send you hugs and I thank you for allowing me to be present with you and show up for you in my own messy way. Thanks so much and talk soon.
