And a practice to reconnect and center
Hello there, how are you?
My past few weeks have been dense and intense, but overall, they have been good. However, I couldn’t shake the feelings and thoughts of the heart-wrenching global issues.
I know it’s been the same for many of you. Also, many of you readers are walking toward Election Day, and I can only imagine your feelings.
So, I’ve decided to share with you a few prompts that you can use to reconnect with yourself and center and maybe establish a weekly practice of self-reflection and action.
When we talk about “prompts”, we tend to think they’re for journaling, and I know not everyone likes journaling.
So, I invite you to use the prompts below in the way that feels best for you today.
You may want to sit and ponder them in your mind, record yourself while you process them out loud, create some kind of visual board with images, hand-draw them, journal them, create a playlist to express and shift your feelings, or a mix of these things. This space of reconnection is for you, do what you like with it.
